Franklin Street Project
Hope Capital Investments tackled a 2400 sq ft single-family full renovation in Pottstown, PA. Large-scale projects must be completed in phases. First, we started off with a demo and diagnosed the major mechanicals. We ran new electrical circuits to the kitchen and first-floor half bath. This property sat vacant for several years; unused cast iron drains in Pennsylvania weather will typically crack. We replaced old copper water lines with PEX and cast iron drains with PVC. The side of this building was in poor shape. We added vinyl siding to give the property a fresh makeover. Over 20 windows were replaced and capped with new metal. Full house renovations are Hope Capital Investments’ bread and butter.
With our skilled craftsmen we installed over 2200 sq foot of laminate flooring, two bathroom renovations, full house interior paint, and a brand new kitchen with granite countertops. After 10 weeks we had this property ready for the owner to rent for premium rents. Hope Capital Investments can perform full-scale renovations AND manage the landlord’s properties for all property maintenance. Mold Monster on 3rd street
Hope Capital Investments recently completed a full-scale renovation on a 3rd Street property that began as a small ceiling repair and quickly escalated into a $30,000, nine-week project. Once demolition began, extensive mold was uncovered throughout the four-bedroom home, requiring full wall removal, professional treatments, and weeks of mitigation. From there, the scope expanded into replacing rotten rafters, upgrading outdated electrical systems, installing a 200 AMP service line, and fully updating deteriorated plumbing with modern PVC and copper solutions.
With the major issues resolved, our team transformed the interior with a redesigned master suite and bath, new tile, fixtures, and over 1,500 square feet of durable laminate flooring. A new hot water heater, refreshed porch roofing, and other finishing touches gave the home a completely renewed life.
